Hollywood celebrity Kate Gosselin to co-host The View on Sept 14 & 15

Kate Gosselin, better known as the mom on reality TV show Jon & Kate Plus 8, will be co-hosting The View on Sept. 14 and 15, ABC announced.

Kate will be replacing regular co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who will be on maternity leave, having given birth to her third child, Isaiah, on August 9, ABC said on their website.

Meghan McCain, E.D. Hill and LaToya Jackson have been announced as guest co-hosts in the new season and Kathy Griffin and Victoria Beckham will be guests.
